Wynnette Lawrence

Wynnette, known to her family & close friends as “Bonnie” was born in Kingston, Jamaica on September 15, 1956.

In 1982 she migrated to Bronx, New York and later attended LaGuardia Community College were she studied Nutrition. She later established a career as a Dietitian Director, where she worked throughout the boroughs  in various healthcare facilities for over 20 years. During her life, health & wellness became her passion and she aspired to become a life coach. This dream would not come to fruition, as on Sunday May 9, 2021 she succumbed to her ongoing battle with breast cancer.

She is survived by daughters Shayla & Danuta Francis, mother Hazel Darby, former partner Stanley Francis, brothers Hartley & Bruce Polson, cousin Renee & Douglas Darby, several nieces and nephews, relatives, close friends and associates.
