Valerie Fraioli

Valerie Fraioli (Rubino) of Pelham passed away on February 8, 2020. Valerie was born in Mt. Vernon to Enrico and Constance Rubino on December 8, 1939. Valerie worked as an administrative assistant for Dr. Michael Contillo for 20 years and was currently working for the Colonial School in Pelham. Valerie was an amazing mother, grandmother and great grandmother and loved spending time with her family. She had a passion for gardening and cooking. She will be truly missed by everyone that knew her. Valerie leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years Frank, children Frank (Sally) Fraioli, Jeanine (Sal) Ariganello, grandchildren Frank, Christine (Zack) Schiff, Stefanie, Salvatore. She was affectionately known as Gigi to her great grandchildren Maisy and Dominic. A Celebration of Valerie's life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3 to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at St. Catharine's Church at 10am.
