Patricia A. Smith of Mt Vernon, passed away on April 9, 2024. Patricia was born on November 15, 1937 to Samuel and Janet Blakly in Mt Vernon. She loved being around family friends at gatherings. Patricia attended Trinity Church and Church of the Ascension both in mt Vernon for many years. Patricia is predeceased by husband LeRoy Smith, loving mother of Lauren Gooler (John), LeRoy III ( MaryJo), Grandmother of 3, great- grandmother of 5, Aunt and great aunt to many.
