Norine G Tarasoff

Norine G Tarasoff ,89, passed away  peacefully at Lawrence Hospital on June 26th. A life long Mount Vernon resident she was the daughter of Joseph Granata Sr and Mary Abbott .
She graduated Our Lady of Victory Business School and worked for many years for Dr. David C. Kripke and the Westchester County Office of Senior Programs and Services. She loved to cook and spend time with her grand and great grand children. Norine was the widow of Nicholas Tarasoff ,they shared  a large blended family and 36 years of marriage. She is survived by her children , Keith , Brian , Paul, Stephanie Henderson, Norine Duro and Bettina Mandl. As well as her step children Deborah ,Michael, John ,Andrew Tarasoff, niece Karen Giordano and many loving grand and great grand childeren. She was predeceased by husband  Nicholas Tarasoff brother Joseph Granata Jr sister Ruth Granata sister in law Catherine Reis step daughter Juliana St, James grandson Matthew Tarasoff. Norine was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. She had a life full of Love.
