Maryanne Spiridigliozzi, beloved, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away
peacefully on December 23, 2024, at the age of 86. Born on May 14, 1938, Maryanne lived a
life of faith, kindness, and service that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
A devoted member of Sts. Peter & Paul and St. Ursula Church, Maryanne dedicated much of her
life to her faith and community. She served tirelessly, working at the church for 35 years,
bringing joy and compassion to her duties. Her warm presence and selfless contributions will
forever be remembered by the congregation.
As an active member of the Ladies Guild, Maryanne built lasting friendships and worked
alongside other remarkable women to support the church and the wider community. Outside
of her church activities, Maryanne cherished her friends and family and found joy in cooking,
baking, and spending time in Ocean City, MD.
Maryanne is survived by her husband Joseph Sr., her children and their spouses, Joseph Jr. and
Carol, Paul and Ana, Janet and Dominick, and her grandchildren, Jessica, Greg, Nicole, and
Alexa.
Her life will be celebrated at Yannantuono Funeral Home in Mount Vernon on Sunday,
December 29th from 2 pm to 6 pm followed by funeral services at Sts. Peter & Paul and St.
Ursula Church in Mount Vernon on December 30th at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Sts. Peter & Paul and St. Ursula
Church.
