Mafalda Rossi

Mafalda Rossi, a long-time resident of Eastchester, N.Y., passed away on September 20, 2025. She was born in Mt. Vernon, where she maintained her roots, on March 25, 1927.  Mafalda is predeceased by her beloved husband, Harry Rossi. Loving mother of Dorothy (Frank) Salierno and Debra Garon. Cherished grandmother of David (Anna), Jason and Alyssa, and great-grandmother of Greta. Mafalda loved spending time with her family, cooking only Italian food, for them and for many years she worked in the waitress/catering industry. She enjoyed gardening, playing solitaire/cards and maintaining a beautifully kept home. She is greatly loved by her family and will be missed by all who she touched during her 98+ years.
