Lucy D'Antona

Lucy D’Antona of Mt Vernon passed away on November 20, 2018. Lucy was born on August 17, 1928 to Angelo and Elvira DiBiasi in Guardia Lombardi Italy. Lucy met her husband Frank during WWII. After the war Lucy came to the US as an intended war bride and they were married on April 28th 1947.  She worked as a seamstress for over 40 years before her retirement. Lucy is survived by her children Nicholas D’Antona, Rose-Marie Mola (Ralph), grandchildren Colette, Jessica, Shana, Frank and great grandchildren Benjamin and Johnny. A celebration of Lucy’s life will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at Sts. Peter and Paul Church at 10:45am.
