Isabella 'Elizabeth' Mazzulla

Isabella “Elizabeth” Mazzulla passed away September 7, 2024 after a short illness.  She was 101.  Isabella was born March 2, 1923 in Hoboken, NJ to Domenico Scardigno and Annunziata Camporeale-Scardigno.  She is survived by her son, Joseph of Mt Vernon, her daughter, Patricia Cacciatore of Hopewell Junction and her cherished granddaughter, Caitlin Cacciatore of Gardiner.  Isabella was predeceased by her loving husband, Carmine Mazzulla, who she married July 5, 1947, her son-in-law James Cacciatore, her sisters Anna Giordano and Rafaella Perri and her brother Vincenzo Scardigno.

Isabella worked as a talented seamstress and was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union for 44 years.  She thoroughly enjoyed entertaining and especially cooking for family and friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
