Idalia Vazquez Obituary

Good Morning and Thank you all who are here for our Mother, Idalia Mercedez Vazquez.  Before I tell you a few things about our Mother.
I wanted to thank those who have been involved before and during the preparation for our Mother, Idalia’s entering into the hands of Our Lord and Blessed Virgin Mary.

First, I wanted to thank all who have prayed for our Mother and for our family and will continue to pray.  I am doing a shout out to my Prayer Warriors you know who you are.  I wanted to Thank,

Fr. Frank, Deacon Joe, Fr. Royson, Fr. Paul, Fr. Isaac I don’t know any funeral that I have attended that have such a strong religious send off to our Lord.  My Mother, Idalia, was known to be the Queen of the Family and definitely with your presence she is definitely leaving as Royalty.

Thank you, Angel, I always said it that Angel services the Church but he is the Angel of my Heart.  Thank you, Corrine and Kevin for giving such a beautiful send off for Our Mother, Idalia.  I also want to say that if you ever experience the loss of a loved one the only person, I feel that you can entrust to help you in preparations is Yannantuono Funeral and no I am not advertising for them I just want you to know no one they care and are the tops.  Finally, I want to say to my son, Juan, if it was not for your help and your love as her grandson, I don’t know if Mom, Grandma would have lasted this long.  Thank you and I love you.

Idalia Mercedez Vazquez was born in Santiago de los Cabaeros in Dominican Republic. The Family consist of 11 children, 8 girls and 3 boys.  My Mom was number 11th child.  Her brother our uncle, Dimas, is the only surviving sibling. We have many, many, many cousins and their families.

Idalia, our Mom, had three children, Clara, Ivette and John and from her children, Idalia, Our Mom has many grandchildren and many great grandchildren. (Sorry, Ivette, I lost my cellphone that had the acute it number prior to Mom’s Mass)

Idalia, Our Mom, was a beautiful, hardworking, caring, tremendously generous, God fearing, Religious and very, very loving person.  We, Ivette, John and myself and the rest of the gang or clan are very blessed and thankful for that God, that he gave us this tremendous Mother.

On the Altar there are two photos, one showing what our Mom recent looked like and the other the larger image in Our Mother, Idalia with her Mother and our Grandmother, Altagracia.  I chose this larger image because this particular photo for me indicates the beginning of how the great love that our Mother, Idalia and my Grandmother, Altagracia instilled the great tremendous love that our entire family has received and greatly share among us and the rest of the world.  For all who are here and not here and know, me, Clara, Ivette and John. You can see were we received the existence of our personality that shines from us started with them.

Thank you and we love you Mom, Rest in Peace.
