George L. Campbell

George L. Campbell was born on August 16, 1933 in Jamaica, West Indies and later moved to The Bronx and Mount Vernon, New York. He passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was 92 years old. He was one of eight children. He raised five children along with his wife of sixty seven years Ruby. He was a devout Christian, family man, and a hard worker. He is survived by his wife Ruby, brother Isiah, five children, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. His memorial service will be held on November 15, 2025 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Yannantuono, Burr, Davis and Sharpe Funeral Home located at 584 Gramatan Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY 10552.
