Francesca Sgobbo

Francesca Sgobbo, long time resident of Mount Vernon, passed away on June 12th 2021. Francesca was born in Guardia Lombardi Italy on June 20th 1935 to Carmine and Maria Comperchio. She married Vito Sgobbo on October 15, 1953. As a resident of Mount Vernon Francesca was employed by Reliable Sprinkler Company for 35 years. Predeceased by her husband Vito Sgobbo. She is survived by her son Angelo and her daughter Lisa DiMarino (Sgobbo), six grandchildren and one great grandchild. A celebration of Francesca’s life will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 4pm-8pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
