Felipe "Phil" “Uncle Phil” Cafagna passed away peacefully at home in Eastchester, NY, on August 23, 2024. Phil's journey is lovingly cherished by his favorite girls; his devoted wife, Mimma, and his beloved daughter, Cristina, who both saw him as the cornerstone of their family. His role as a husband and father was characterized by his loving nature, his thoughtful gestures, and his selfless dedication to their happiness and well-being. Felipe lived a life that overflowed with compassion and kindness and showed us the profound impact one person can have through simple, daily acts of love. Generous to a fault, he believed in the power of giving, not just material possessions, but of time, attention, and compassion. Felipe's loving nature knew no bounds; his open heart became a sanctuary for many and a safe haven of support and encouragement.
The world, brighter for his presence, will remember the smiles he created and the lives he touched. He was a mentor to some, a friend to many, and a source of positivity to all. The loving memory of Felipe will be cherished by those who consider themselves fortunate to have been touched by such a wonderful person.
