EmmaJean Kinney, long time resident of Pelham, passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 69. A strong independent woman, EmmaJean worked to earn her associates degree while raising three daughters, Lauren, Mary and Jennifer as a single mother. Starting in the early 2000s she began her career as the senior accounts clerk at Bronxville UFSD.
EmmaJean's legacy is carried on by her three loving daughters, Lauren, Mary, Jennifer; son-in-law Michael; grandchildren James and Evelyn; her siblings, Maria Cook (Steve), Joseph Cioppa, Jennifer Bedell (Greg), and Larry Cioppa (Christine); and her cherished extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vinny and Mary Cioppa.
EmmaJean was known for being fiercely resilient and loyal, she was a friend to all who knew her. EmmaJean's memory will be forever honored as a loving and kind soul who left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
