Elena DiLeo

Elena DiLeo of Eastchester, NY passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, January 18, 2024. She was 90. Elena was born in Guardia Lombardi, Italy on September 9, 1933, to Rocco and Angela (Mezzaucella) Masucci. Elena married Daniele DiLeo in 1967. She is survived by her daughter Rita DiLeo of Eastchester, NY, her granddaughter Daniela DiLeo of New York, NY and siblings Erminia Montemarano and Giuseppe (Lucio) Masucci and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Daniele DiLeo, her brother Gaetano Masucci and her sisters Caterina Cipriani, Fiorentina Salierno, Gaetana D’ambrosio and Filomena Salierno. Elena was a member of the Association of Former Citizens of Guardia Lombardi Club in Mt Vernon. Her favorite pastime was cooking and caring for her family. She always had a smile on her face and loved having people over to visit.
