Ann Marie Damiano

Ann Marie Damiano (nee Ramundo), of  Mt. Vernon passed away peacefully on May 18, 2021. Ann Marie was born in Mt. Vernon, NY on July 26, 1949 to Fred D. and Eleanor Ramundo. She married Angelo Damiano on November 8, 1970 and has been a lifelong resident of Mt. Vernon. Ann Marie has been active in Mt. Vernon with religious and civic organizations, including Our Lady of Mt Carmel Rosary Alter Society and active at her church at St. Mary’s. She was employed by IBM for 40 years. Ann Marie is survived by her husband Angelo, her sons John F. and Adam D. and her daughter Jennifer, her granddaughter Ayumi and her brother Frederick A. Ramundo (Janet). Predeceased by her parents and her brother Peter and his wife Mary Ann. A Celebration of Ann Marie’s life will be held on Sunday at the funeral home from 2 to 6pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at St. Mary’s Church at 10am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
