Patrick M. McGoohan

Patrick "Padrig" McGoohan of Mt Vernon passed away at home on December 5, 2019. He was born in the County Leitrim,  Ireland on March 31, 1952 to Patrick and Annie McGoohan. Loving Husband of the late Frances "Barbara" McGoohan; Dear Brother of Margret, Mary, Bernadette, Deborah, Sadie, Sean, Evelyn, Christine, Olive and the late Hubert. Patrick is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.  He enjoyed listening to her Irish music and spending time with family and friends.  He loved traveling to Ireland to visit with loved ones. He worked many jobs in his life including over 20 years at the Mt Vernon DPW.  Family will honor Patrick's life on Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the funeral home. Funeral Mass 10:45 am Wednesday at Sts. Peter & Paul ~ St Ursula Church, Mt Vernon. In lieu of flowers donation to the American Diabetes Association in Memory of Patrick McGoohan would be greatly appreciated.
