Mary C. Forbes

Mary C. Forbes of Mt Vernon passed away on July 22, 2018. She was born in the Bronx on July 2, 1937. Mary is predeceased by her beloved husband John and her son Christopher. Loving mother of John (JoAnne) Forbes, Debbie (Peter) Quinn, Doreen (Robert) Forbes-Jiao and mother in law to Sheila Forbes; cherished grandmother of Robert Forbes-Jiao, Justin Forbes, Diana Quinn and great-grandmother of Savannah Jerman; dear sister of William DeRosa. Mary was a supervisor at the Franciscan Friars where she was very dedicated for 18years of service. Family will honor Mary’s life on Wednesday July 25, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Yannantuono Funeral Home. Funeral Mass 9:30 am Thursday July 26, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
