Josephine Cioffi

Josephine Marie Cioffi of Mount Vernon passed away on March 6, 2019.  She was beloved by her family and friends and will be remembered forever.  She was the 2nd of 5 children born to Joseph and Jenny Bianco of Mount Vernon on January 2, 1921.  She is predeceased by her parents and her siblings: Ralph Bianco, Virginia Rossetti, Frances Porpora and John Bianco.  Loving mother of Lou Cioffi and wife, Joyce; cherished grandmother of Louis Cioffi, Michelle Clark and John Cioffi; adored great-grandmother of Gavin and Leah Clark and Sienna Cioffi and treasured aunt of Susan Rossetti.  

Family will honor Josephine’s life on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 4:00-8:00pm at Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home, 584 Gramatan Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY 10552.  Funeral Mass on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 9:45am at Saint Joseph’s Church, 15 Cedar Street, Bronxville, NY 10708. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 95 Kings Highway, New Rochelle, NY 10801.
