John Bernardi Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Feb. 20, 2018. John was born in Mt. Vernon, NY on
Nov. 10 1951. He was a long time Postal Worker for 30 years. He started out in the Mt. Vernon facility and finished his career at the Harrison facility.
John growing up collected baseball cards and was a little league pitcher.
He also liked his Dads Lionel trains. He also talked about his Moms cooking
especially her meat balls and her egg plant.
His favorite baseball team that he talked about was the NY Mets.
John was predeceased by his parents Angelo and Carmella and his brother Angelo Jr.
John leaves behind his loving sister Joann, Aunt Rose Bersito and Aunt Antionette Bersito
and many loving cousins. He also leaves behind his extended loving family
Sylvia Jones and her daughters Raushanae and Nalisha,
granddaughters Imani and Jessica and grandson Elisha
He will be missed by many.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer society
